Welcome to the Con-way Inc. Public Policy & Sustainability (“Con-way”) Blog. The Con-way Blog is intended as a social media venue to facilitate respectful commentary and dialogue about business and freight transportation issues important to our company, its employees, customers, industry and communities. Please act responsibly when sharing your views. By posting to the Con-way Blog, you agree to be solely responsible for the content of all information you contribute, link to, or otherwise upload. All comments must be related to the discussion of issues articulated in each post. Employee postings also must comply with Con-way’s Social Computing Guidelines.
As a participant in the Con-way Blog, you agree to abide by its discussion guidelines and rules of engagement for posting of comments. Usage also is subject to Con-way’s website Terms of Use and the Con-way Privacy Policy.
Rules for Posting Comments
All comments submitted to the Con-way Blog are moderated by Con-way. Anonymous comments will not be posted. Comments are screened for relevance and will appear as soon as practically possible once reviewed by the Moderator. Not all comments will be posted.
We reserve the right to refuse to publish any comments that are deemed to be defamatory, spam, off-topic or otherwise considered to be inappropriate or unrelated to the subject of the post. Publishing of comments is at the sole discretion of the Con-way Moderator. You agree that Con-way has no liability if it elects to prevent you from submitting a post or otherwise edits or removes any posts you submit.

In submitting a post to the Con-way Blog, you agree not to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or association with any person or entity. You agree not to use this Forum for any commercial purpose, including posting messages or other items of content that advertise any products or services, link to any businesses or otherwise contain commercial content or solicit contributions. You agree not to post any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
